Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by trendeall.com.
When you receive a product bought and paid for on our website, and you find it is not as described or it is of low quality, you can receive return and refund guarantee. You will be able to: Request a full refund and return the item, keep the item and agree a partial refund, get a new item or a coupon for other item.
Scope of GuaranteeAll products on trendeall.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you receive are not as described. The following situations are not cover:
- An item you claim is not as described, but trendeall proves that it is.
- Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
Guaranteed Protection Period
